'Lizzie Loves' flat is a charming, quaint, spacious one bedroom flat in the heart of Rottingdean - an olde worlde seaside village set about 3 miles from Brighton and 7 miles from Newhaven(ferries to France).

There are many pubs and restaurants in the village, an ancient church, village pond, a windmill and many historic buildings.

There are walks in all directions and the beach is especially nice.

The flat is on the first floor. In the flat you have a spacious sitting room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In addition to all this there is a large roof terrace with plants, table and chairs.

There is a double bed settee in the sitting room for extra people at extra cost.

To the East you soon reach Newhaven and Seaford and slightly further afield the sunny seaside resort of Eastbourne. The North there is the charming and ancient county town of Lewes as well as many downland villages dotted around the South Downs. There are buses in all directions.

Rottingdean is set about 3 miles from the Cosmopolitan City of Brighton & Hove(there are regular buses). The undercliff walk is excellent and will take you past Ovingdean Gap(with a nice seaside cafe) right along by Brighton Marina and then Madeira Drive into Brighton itself. In the other direction you can walk to Saltdean on this same undercliff walk. The village of Rottingdean is set South of the South Downs and, therefore, enjoys better weather than average. Within a hour's drive you have a great variety of castles, stately homes and gardens to visit.
