This is a very homely apartment in Monte Gordo with a spacious interior and nicely furnished to make your visit a comfortable one. The living room is a good size with two sofas and arm chairs, dining table and coffee table for extra comfort. Access to the balcony to sit out on.
Equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and accessto the second balcony. Long hallway taking you to the two bedrooms, the master room is en-suite and has a double bed , fitted wardrobes and access to the balcony. The second bedroom is a good size also, with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and access to the balcony.
One shower room with shower, basin & w/c - The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, bidet & w/c
Apartamento do Mar is well located in Monte Gordo and with its closeness to the promonade and beach front it is a lovely base for your holiday.

Faro airport in aprox 35 minutes away and we can arrange transfers for you as you do not need a car whan you stay in Monte Gordo... A variety of towns and villages are close by and are all worth visiting by foot, taxi or bus.....

Should you need to cancel your visit 8 to 4 weeks before arrival you will receive some of your monies back which is worked out on a sliding scale. If you cancel within the 4 weeks before your holiday you will not receive any monies back unless we can re let the property |

We require a 25% booking deposit and the remainder 8 weeks before your arrival |

Other Fees:
We also require a security deposit of 300 GBP or Euros paid into our account 2 weeks before your arrival which will be returned to your bank account within ten days of your departure assuming there are no damages. |
