Blue Skies Villa is situated in the beautiful area of Akrotiri. The ground floor of the villa consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and a WC. The kitchen has all the facilities necessary for those seeking a full self-catering holiday or there is a BBQ situated outside of the property should you a fancy a little more alfresco dining! The lounge area is good for relaxing in or watching a DVD on the TV. There is the option of dining inside or outside on the veranda. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; there are sea views from both bedrooms. The villa sleeps 4 people comfortably. However, the sofa in the lounge is in fact a sofa bed which could be used for up to 2 small children 10 years old or under. It is also possible to hire a cot and/or high chair if required. There is a swimming pool at the front of the villa, which is only shared with one other house. There is an option to rent both houses together if the group booking is large. |

The traditional, picturesque area of Akrotiri is superbly situated on a hillside. The house benefits from the beautiful surrounding views including the Ionian Sea. The area is one of great natural beauty and the villa is secluded enough to offer a quiet scenic stay. It is possible to walk to the nearest beach, which is Tsilivi where you will also find water sports available. The resort of Tsilivi has plenty of bars, restaurants, activities and a mini golf course. Should you require a quieter meal over looking the beach of Tsilivi, the balcony hotel is within walking distance from the villa. Zante Town is also close to the property by car so this holiday ensures something for everyone. |

Cancellation policy:
In the event that the customer wishes to cancel a booking, and the cancellation is made 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date, we are obliged to refund the deposit in full, while for cancellations made within 21 days, the customer must pay the 50% of the total cost of the cancelled booking. |

Deposits:
If you wish to proceed with the booking, we will require a deposit of 30% to fully secure your booking. |
|
Other Fees:
The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday booking plus a security deposit of 100 Euro will also be payable at that time. This security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of your departure. If you require air-conditioning this is an additional 40 Euro per week. Also available are welcome packs, mid-stay cleans and laundry changes. If you require any of these additional services please enquire at time of booking. |
