The property is very comfortably furnished and is approx. 150/200 yards from a typical Spanish type square with a few restaurant/bars about 10/12 mins walk from the start of the town and main beach via a beautiful marina. The property has 2 balconies both with sea views & over looking the pool with mountain views to the rear. There are 2 adjoining pools (adult/children) seating and lawns great for sun bathing. Opposite there is a cultivated path to a stoney cove and quiet beach (approx. 100 yards). There are many lovely golf courses in the area. It is easy to get around via the coastal train. which goes through beautiful countryside & stops at all the beach resorts between Alicante & Denia. Alicante is about 15 mins drive & Benidorm about 25 mins with its night life & theme parks( Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar & Aqualandia) There are many pretty villages just a short drive inland, or just relax in the garden around the pool. |

Alicante city is the capital of the Alicante province is at the heart of the region of Alicante. This thriving cosmopolitan city has 3000 years of history behind it but has entered he 21st century as a leading centre of culture & tourism. The port of Alicante straddles the coast with the magnificent backdrop of the Bentocantil mountains. San Juan between Alicante & El Campello boasts a 7km beach that is often described as one of the best in Spain. El Campello is the main resort in the Alicante area. The centre of the old town is located on a hill whilst the main tourist area is built around a former fishing district. El Campello has an abundance of restaurants of many nationalities. There are many well known golf courses on the Costa Blanca the closest being Bonalba approx 5/6 km. Villajoyosa with its beautiful beach & the brightly coloured facades of the seafront houses which was to ensure that sailors could see their homes from the sea. Benidorm with all the buzz & theme parks. |
