The Penthouse is situated on the New 5* Aquavista Holiday Village, Didim, Altikum. Aquavista Holiday Village was only finished in June 2011,
and offers some fantastic on site facilities.
The Penthouse has been designed and furnished to a high standard to ensure a memorable stay. & friends (There is a Private 2nd terrace off Master bedroom)
First Floor:
Large hall: with sweeping marble staircase to second floor.
Master Twin: Bedroom (En-suite): Two single beds Air-conditioning, and patio doors to south facing sun terrace with sea views.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, Air-conditioning, window with sea views and very spacious,
Bedroom 2: Twin Two single beds,Air-conditioning, window with garden views.
Family Bathroom: Bath/shower, automatic washing machine is located in here.
All Bedrooms have large 3 door wardrobe with full length mirror, Chest of draws & Mirror and Side tables with lamps.
Second floor:
Large Lounge:two 3 seated Sofas, one Armchair,Air-conditioning & Ceiling fan, Coffee table, 32” TV with Satellite channels.
Patio doors to Sun terrace.
Dinning annexed off lounge: Dinning table & Chairs (extendable to 8 Dinners).
Kitchen: Fully fitted with granite work surfaces, Dual Gas/Electric Hob and Oven, Pots, Pans, Utensils and Appliances.
Cloakroom: Toilet & Wash Basin.
Sun Terrace: Large (35 m2) South facing with sunshine from dawn till dusk, panoramic views to sea and Islands.
Storage unit: containing patio furniture.
NB All opening exterior windows and doors are fitted with Insect Screens. Also all of the Penthouse floors are tiled for easy cleaning.
The Aquavista Holiday village is a unique large complex, the first of its kind in the area. Situated in the quiet west area of the beautiful family
resort of Altinkum which has everything anyone could want for a truly memorable holiday.
It is built around a very large horse shoe shaped outdoor swimming pool, designed to give a feeling of space & coolness. Bar, Shop, Children's play area, Gymnasium, Landscaped gardens, Parking, 24hr Security and a first for the area an INDOOR SWIMMING
POOL.
The resorts Beaches, Bars, Shops, Restaurants, Nightlife, Saturday Market ( not to be missed) and Apollo Temple are within walking distance.
There is a free bus into town from reception, or the local dolmus bus operates a frequent service from nearby stop.
First class water sports are on offer at the main beach of Altinkum, including boat trips to smaller beautiful nearby islands and to Bodrum. There are 2 other beaches close by and historical sights to be visited, including the famous historical site 'The Temple of Apollo'.

The Altinkum / Didim area in the 'Aydin Province'Altinkum is a warm quiet town situated on the warm Aegean Sea with an annual 225 days of sunshine. Due to its high Oxygen & low Humidity
levels make it especially ideal for people with respiratory problems eg. Asthma.
This combined with its three golden sun drenched beaches makes it an ideal holiday resort. The locals speak good English are friendly and very helpful.
