Property Description

Lovely 2 bedroomed stone gite with many of it's original features situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of St Juire Champgillon.  The village is quaint and floral with a bar/restaurant/shop, Mairies/rural Post Office & hairdressers.  The rural countryside offers an abundance of flora and fauna and the opportunity to take long walks and cycle rides as there are many tracks and lanes to be explored.

 Le Petit Recoin consists of ground floor with lounge, kitchen/dining area in an open plan manner with stone walls, log burning fire and central heating for winter rentals.  The first floor has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, shower room with shower, wc and wash basin.  Stairs has a wooden baby gate for peace of mind with the children.

The complex offers a shared swimming pool and childrens splash pool (shared with our two other gites Le Sapin & Le Cerisier) and is securely walled and gated to the regulations.  There are large gardens with a childrens play area, wooden playhouse and a trampoline with safety net, ample parking.

Le Petit Recoin has an outside seating area and BBQ for dining al fresco with as nice cold beer or glass of wine - just come and relax.

Our property is located in the village of St Juire Champgillon and is located within a 10 minute drive from the main access motorway A83 junction 7.

We are ideally located for spending time at the beaches of La Tranche Sur Mer and La Rochelle (both approximately 45 minute drive). 

Le Parc Puy du Fou is a 40 minute drive and there are an abundance of lanes to explore either on foot or on bikes.
