Beautiful, old villa (approx. 500 m2) of medieval origins in the hills within the immediate vicinity of Arezzo (all kinds of shops), which is 7 km away. The recent restoration, carried out with respect for its original structure, has transformed the villa into a comfortable but functional holiday home. 3 km grocery shops, 60 km Siena, 70km Florence. The villa is situated in a pleasant and peaceful position and in front of it stretches out an extensive, equipped lawn from which you access the swimming pool (8x16). Access along 500 m of dirt track road. The caretakers live on the backside of the villa. Possibility of domestic help and a cook for lunches and dinners. 3 hours/day of domestic help for reorganization of the bedrooms and bathrooms (from Monday to Friday) are included. Possibility of breakfast service on request. Pets (50 Euro/pet/week) to be paid on the spot. |
