This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is the perfect location for a holiday in the popular and central Mijas area of the Costa del Sol.
 
The property has been furnished to very high standards & has everything you could hope for from a holiday apartment and we rely heavily on word of mouth recommendations.
 
The master bedroom has large double bed, air con & 32' flat screen TV. A travel cot also available for infants up to the age of 2. The en-suite bathroom has hydro massage shower & twin basins. The second bedroom has twin beds & air con.
 
Kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric fan oven & gas hob & washing machine. The living room has satellite TV, DVD/CD player, 5.1 Dolby digital home cinema with iPod connectivity, books & open plan dining area with seating for 4 people. Private heated pool for perfect winter breaks away.
 
As owners of The Apartment, we live on the upper floors and are out at work during the day, hence the private pool.

With a heated pool and close proximity to many golf courses, The Apartment makes for a perfect winter golf holiday location in addition to a warm winter break for the family.

Calahonda is a central location on the Costa del Sol situated 30 minutes drive west of Malaga airport and is in between Fuengirola and Marbella.
 
It is quite simple to get from the airport to The Apartment along the main coastal road the N-340 and the A7 motorway (direction Algeciras/Marbella) and we can talk anyone through the directions if needed.
 
The local area attracts many tourists year after year and is perfectly suited for families, golfing holidays, relaxing breaks away as well as activity holidays along the coast as well as inland and offers something for everyone. Being near to the N-340 coastal road means it is easy to reach other local sights and towns very quickly and easily and there is also a motorway exit for Calahonda making it easy to get to the airport.
 
A car hire is advisable and we can recommend http://www.simplycarhirespain.com to search for the best deals available. We can arrange a transfer to and from the airport for 50 euros each way if needed.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is payable to reserve the property for all bookings more than 6 weeks in advance. For more last minute holidays the full amount is required to book the property.

Breakages deposit of £100 payable with the final booking reservation amount and will be held until you have left the property. A full inspection will be made and providing no major damages or breakages have occurred the full deposit will be transferred back to you within 2 weeks.
