To the enterance of the villa is downstairs toliet which is beautifully suited with white fittings w.c and sink.In the luxury living room there is a feature fireplace, decorative pictures and orniments throughout the villa.Corner suite Sofa's and armchair the sofa pull out to make into a bed to sleep one person. Wall mounted plasma lcd t.v., dvd player, music system . Patio doors open onto front terrace overllooking the pool ,with table and chairs for 4 people . Upstairs leads to bedroom 1 which is the master bedroom with double bed luxury sheets and linens ample wardrobe space with fitted warbrobes, door opens onto balcony over looking the pool and gardens . Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds with bedside cabinets and wardrobes.Family bathroom has Antique marble modern suite plus power shower system.

Calis beach is only a walk of 10 minutes away , the beach is famous for the stunning set suns plus the welcoming breeze durning the summer months . On-long the promade are numberous International restaurants , cafes , shops and bars . There is also a water taxi avaliable durning the summer months which goes every half an hour to the town of Fethiye which is a harbour side village with excellent fish market , plently of sea front restaurants, qualilty shops , banks , supermarkets.15 minutes sail.
Dalaman International airport is used for travelling to Calis, the time distance is 40 minutes drive , going through the new Gocek tunnel which was opened in 2006 there is a toll for using the tunnel.

Other policies:
For the very young or older people the villa's downstairs is ideal as the terrace is easliy accessable and only a small step leads to the gardens and pool area . Although would not recommend for wheelchair as the space is not so great and the shower is on the upper floor.
The complex facilites include a small fitness centre with gym equippment . Under the garden is a very large area with Turkish Bath , Sauna and changing rooms which is open for free use to guests only once a week .
Within the beautiful luxury complex are the lush greens lawns which are well kept and attended to daily by the on-site caretaker.
