Newly built 2 bedroom townhouse which can sleep upto 5 people is superbly situated on this very popular complex with excellent views of the swimming pool & gardens as well as sea views from the twin bedroom balcony. Our house has been furnished to a very high standard throughout, with own private patio with lockable gate for child safety.

The Amuleymar 2 is a quiet private complex and is situated near the heart of Caleta De Fuste, only a 5 minute walk away from the beach and around 10 mintues to all amenities including bars & restaurants,supermarkets boutiques and gift shops as well as a 24 hour English doctors. Caleta's famous horseshoe shape beach is perfect for children with breakwaters placed to keep the waters calm and shallow making this safe for all ages to enjoy.

Our two bedroom house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The first floor has lounge with 2 leather sofa's, tv, DVD / CD Player with a selection of DVD / CDs for your use. The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge freezer, integrated washing machine, microwave, hob, oven and dining table with 4 chairs. On the second floor, the double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and private balcony. The twin room has fitted wardrobes with private balcony with views of the communal pool, gardens and sea. The fully fitted bathroom is also on this level with an additional wc on the lower level adjacent to the lounge. Please be advised that all bed linen and towels are provided apart from beach towels.

TRAVEL COT AND HIGHCHAIR ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT BEDDING FOR THE COT IS NOT PROVIDED

Our private patio is accessed from the kitchen and has table & chairs with parasol, BBQ and lockable gate to keep your children safe from the pool.

If required we can offer a meet and greet service from Fuerteventura Airport. You will be greeted at arrivals and taken directly to the house. You will then be shown around the property by the keyholder who can answer any questions you may have. Our management team are based onsite and will be your main contact for any enquries throughout your stay. We also offer a welcome pack for late night arrivals which include any essentials eg: tea,coffee,water,bread etc or anything else you require if we are notified in advance. Both the meet and greet and welcome pack are a small additional charge and are payable locally. These options must be booked in advance.
