The lounge has comfortable seating for up to 6 guests and has both satellite tv installed as well as WiFi connection. Through an archway leading to the kitchen/diner, there is everything needed for both long and short term vacations - fully equipped for both inside and outside dining and catering for guests and their friends. One bedroom downstairs has a double bed and the second downstairs bedroom has twin beds. These bedrooms share the middle shower room/WC. Both downstairs bedrooms have side patio doors leading directly to one of the many outside terraces. The master bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom and own sun terrace with great views across the Mediterranean. Also on this level is a 4th bedroom/games room which the owners have furnished with a sofa bed. This property really excels in the number of outside terraces and patios along with garden and pool furniture - it really is about outdoor living in the sun! On the rear terrace off the kitchen, either enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table or simply lounge in the comfortable furniture with a pre-dinner cocktail. The side terrace holds further seating in the shade and the large, lower level patio has its own gazebo and furniture. Around the private pool, there is ample room for sunbeds and chairs and a new addition to this area is a large, wooden swing seat with canopy that converts to a daybed - ideal for relaxing away the hours! Translated into English, Esentepe means 'Breezy Hill', an appropriate name stemming from the fact that it is lightly cooled by a welcoming breeze sweeping in from the Mediterranean, giving the inhabitants a natural protection from the searing heat of the summer sun.
Situated approximately 16km East of Kyrenia, Esentepe is an ancient settlement set amongst mountain pine forest trails and historic sites, and is noted for having unspoilt landscape with panaromic mountain and sea views.
Esentepe is one of the most beautiful and charming Mediterranean villages in North Cyprus. Over recent years it has grown from a simple undeveloped village into one of the most popular locations to live in North Cyprus; for locals and ex-pats alike. Further afield, explore the main tourist town of Kyrenia with its infamous Horse-shoe shaped harbour and traditional cafe's, bars and restaurants.
