This 3 Bedroom Villa near Carvoeiro, Algarve, Portugal has a provate pool in a very peaceful location just 10 minutes from beautiful local beaches. The villa has stunning views over a valley toward the distant Monchique hills. The beautiful gardens and immediate surrounds of the villa have a fully secluded swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas to relax under.

The villa is situated just five minutes away from Algarve's premiere tennis centre and the Pinta/David Leadbetter Gramacho golf course making it an ideal holiday base for those who prefer sporting activities. The stunning beaches of Carvoeiro are just 10 minutes drive away.

The property is furnished with all of the modern conveniences and sure to be suitable for any holiday makers. The master bedroom has a double bed with it's own ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. The third bedroom is fitted with twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area.

The living areas in the villa are very spacious with a large dining table for 6 people, 4 easy chairs and a triple seater sofa. There is a large selection of DVDs, books & games for guests as well as an entertainment system fitted with CD & DVD players and satellite TV. Patio doors lead from this area to a covered patio with a dining setting. The kitchen is of a high standard, and provides oven, hob, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and a selection of smaller appliances.

Outside of the villa is a landscaped, tiered garden which occupies about one third of an acre. The covered terrace has outdoor dining setting and a barbecue. The stunning pool is enclosed with a lockable gate, mattresses, sunbeds and pool toys. There is also a carport adjacent to the villa.
