Property Description

Our superbly designed luxury villa is situated on the prestigious Crescent Lakes estate. The villa is fully equipped for 8/10 people and is extremely comfortable.
The two lounges in the villa are ideal for sitting back and relaxing, both lounges have sofas to relax on and a HDTV with cable and DVD player (the front room is equipped with a PC with broadband internet access). This means you can enjoy a movie while you relax; listen to some music using the music centre or maybe just a quiet drink.
 Our spacious lounge areas also have patio doors leading to the screened pool and patio area that provides a delightful setting for dining or entertaining.
The large kitchen looks out into the family room and living room, and has a nook nestled in one corner. The kitchen boasts all modern appliances: -
The spacious dinning room, is adjacent to the living room, and has access out onto the patio area adjacent to the pool.
The master bedroom contains a large comfortable double bed, walk in wardrobe facility and has access to its own private en-suite bathroom.plus cable tv.
Also accessible from the master bedroom is the outside patio,
The en-suite facilities include a large walk in shower, a bath "his & hers" wash basins and wc facilities. The suite is well lit and includes a shaver point, hair dryer and a large vanity unit.
The separate bathroom it is complete with bath and shower, toilet, twin vanity unit and large sink. It is also possible to access the poolside from here.
The 3 other bed room are 1 with double bed &2 with 2 single beds. 
The fantastic screened pool area is one of the most popular areas of the villa, be it an early morning swim or a relaxing soak after the hectic and exciting day's events.
Also provided is patio furniture, and as state law dictates, all doors leading into the pool area are alarmed for your safety. The pool is 2 meters deep and has an inbuilt seat at one end for a relaxing dip. There is also a pool heater, but this is rarely operated.
There is a large garden with a fence on all sides
There is a large area for sunbathing, BBQ's and just relaxing in the glorious sunshine
Also for your convenience there is utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board.
