Cancellation policy:
Following acceptance you will be asked to provide full names and passport details of all persons occupying the Villa, to a maximum of 8 persons, excluding infants. Only the pre-registered named persons are eligible to stay at the Villa, with the exception of infants under 2 years of age or by prior agreement. If Samui Sunset Pavilions representatives become aware of additional persons they will be asked to vacate and will be subject to an additional minimum three day per person surcharge. Minimum villa rental time is three nights low season, five nights high season, 7 nights Peak Season. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation. We regret that we are unable to accept your booking unless you confirm that you have Full Travel Insurance cover for all listed persons. Cancellation: The deposit is non refundable. Re-scheduling of a booking may be possible, depending upon existing commitments. In the event of cancellation, from the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, 70% refundable up to 6 weeks prior to your residency, 50% refundable up to 4 weeks prior. |
