room and third lounge - games room and is fully air conditioned.

situated in a beautiful and peaceful residential street, and has the most
fabulous views which give way to the most exotic sunsets at night.
South
facing, this villa benefits from sunshine from dawn to dusk yet with elegantly
designed shaded areas to relax and cool down in.

 The garden
is a delight of foliage and colour with both grass and terrace and the villa
itself is designed specially for the holiday maker with every modern convenience
imaginable, plenty to entertain both adults and children, and the most tasteful
furnishings and décor.

BEDROOMS - Four of the
bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms whilst the fifth bedroom has use of a
separate shower room. All have either double or twin beds, have independent air
conditioning & heating and are tastefully decorated and furnished. 10 people
can comfortably sleep in this villa and 2 additional single beds can be provided
to sleep 12 maximum. The fourth and fifth bedrooms can inter-connect if
required.

MASTER
BEDROOM – Has a chrome double bed, mirrored wardrobes, glass and chrome bedside
cabinets, Satellite TV, DVD player, music system and marble floors. There are
sliding doors which lead to a conservatory and third lounge area & games
room. This conservatory then leads straight out to the garden through patio
doors. The disguised mirrored doors in the bedroom also give way to an exotic
ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

  SECOND
BEDROOM - Has a double silver bed, an occasional single bed, a dressing table
& mirror, glass bedside tables, a dressing area with built in wardrobes,
lamps, an occasional table, music system and an ensuite bathroom.

THIRD
BEDROOM - Has twin beds, a dresser, mirror, glass bedside cabinets and lamps,
leather swivel chair, a walk in dressing room and an ensuite
bathroom.

FOURTH
BEDROOM - Has a double bed with wooden bedside cabinets and lamps, mirrors,
music system, walk in dressing area with another single bed and an ensuite
bathroom. An optional door to inter- connect to the fifth bedroom is available
for use if required.

FIFTH
BEDROOM - Has twin beds, mirrored wardrobes, a chest of drawers, occasional
chair, mirror, music system and Satellite TV, a small private breakfast room
overlooking the garden, direct access to a shower room and patio doors to the
garden.

BATHROOMSThe master
ensuite bathroom is a work of art, with marble floors, mirrors and slate tiles.
As you enter through the mirrored doors, you first see the double sink area with
mirror and chrome details, mahogany furniture, and ample storage, then into the
bath area with Jacuzzi bath, large over head window with white laminate glass,
& black lacquer cabinet, then behind a white laminate glass screen is the
toilet & bidet.There are 3
more ensuite bathrooms all with bath / shower, bidet, WC, sink and cabinet – all
very tastefully designed with modern ceramics, tasteful bathroom furniture and
chrome fittings. The fifth bathroom is a shower room with state of the art walk
in shower (with radio), sink and WC which is accessed from the garden and the
fifth bedroom.

LOUNGE
The fabulous
lounge has double aspect patio doors direct to the outside dining area and pool
terrace, marble floors and an open fireplace. The sofas are in grey suede with
occasional chairs tucked under the enormous coffee table give seating for 10.
Pictures, lamps, mirrors and a glass table and chairs complete the look to this
very stylish room.Electrical
items include satellite TV, DVD, video player, music system, wireless internet
and independent A/C & heating.The 2 sofas
also turn into sofa beds should additional sleeping be preferred here instead of
the bedrooms.

KITCHEN
/ DINERThe stylish
custom made hand painted wooden KITCHEN features a fireplace, glass bistro
table, double sink, granite worktops, marble floors, arch to the living room and
sliding doors straight to the dining room. Electrical
appliances include an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fridge
freezer, chrome kettle and toaster. A separate
utility kitchen accessed through the gym provides washing and drying facilities
with another sink for hand washing to complete the standard.

ND LOUNGE / DINER AND BARThe elegant
dining room leading from the kitchen has fabulous views to the garden, pool and
mountains. It features  a huge dining table and chairs for 10, a
second lounge “chill out“ area with black suede sofas, wooden coffee table,
mirrored bookcases, & a bar to die for with special light detail in the
brickwork, 4 bar stools, fridge, freezer, built in drinks cabinet, music system,
& dart board.

THIRD
LOUNGE / GAMES ROOMThis is a
conservatory which is accessed from the master bedroom or garden – it features 2
sofas, a large wooden coffee table, a pool table / American ice hockey game and
board games for children and adults alike.

GYM /
UTILITY ROOM                                                              

The GYM is
accessed from the main hallway – fully fitted with gym equipment, music, mirrors
and a book case. It leads through to the fifth bedroom and utility kitchen with
washing machine, drying facilities, sink, cabinets and a small terrace for out -
door drying.

EXTERIORThe
thoughtfully and tastefully designed garden affords space for all kinds of
purposes. The large sun terrace has sun beds facing the pool, a wrought iron
barbeque, and tons of flower borders. Sunk in the ground next to the sun terrace
is the Jacuzzi which seats 7, and next to this is the shaded dining area with
glass table, silver chairs and parasol. The heated salt water swimming pool has
a shallow end, non slip tiles around and leads to the grass area with more sun
beds, a play house and slide (into the pool) and a 3 seater swing chair. The
fact that the pool is heated makes it suitable for all year round holiday
making. Next to the
pool is also the delightful shaded lounge area with a fabulous water feature to
cool you right down on those long hot summer nights. The whole garden is
surrounded by foliage and is an array of colour.  . The garden
is south facing so gets sunshine all day all year and with the loveliest views
to the valley and mountains behind, giving way at night to the most spectacular
sunsets as the sun slowly sinks in hues of red and pink behind the mountains. It
is a fabulous show to watch at the end of a long hot day, as you relax for the
evening, or cool down in preparation to dine out in one of the many local
restaurants, or to prepare to party the night away in busy Puerto Banus.
