The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout. The comfortable lounge features a 40-inch Plasma screen, satellite TV, DVD, CD and a Bose sound system. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a dishwasher, microwave, large 5/6-ring gas hob, American style, double door fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Separate utility room with a washing machine, dryer and spare fridge. The master suite is located on the first floor, it has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms and 1 further family shower room. Air conditioning throughout (supplement charge applies) and the bedrooms and bathrooms have under floor heating. Patio doors from the lounge area lead to covered outdoor terraces, a BBQ area and the large private pool. The landscaped gardens are spacious and fully enclosed, with access via an electric gate .
