The property is secluded and offers fantastic bird watching opportunities from both the apartment and within the grounds. The surrounding area is extremely attractive and ideal for country walks and safe cycling through the lanes. |

The apartment is located in an easily accessible but quiet country lane. A public house, post office and village store can be found in the village of Dickleburgh, a pleasant walking distance away. Dickleburgh is approx. 6 miles from the historic market town of Diss, which offers a mainline railway, supermarkets, petrol stations and various pubs and restaurants. It is also located approximately half-way between Ipswich and Norwich, both being approx. ½ hour drive away. The coast, together with many local attractions, is also easily accessible. The apartment is therefore conveniently located for both leisure and business use. |
