spa, beautiful beach, 2 fabulous pools, excellent restaurants and
shops, coupled with all the freedom and space of an apartment, this is
the perfect location for a luxurious holiday for 2 (maximum 4). From
this wonderful location you can experience any kind of holiday you
desire - from a totally relaxing retreat to an action-packed adventure.
World-class diving, water sports, fabulous beaches and spas, 18 hole
USPGA golf course, riding, biking, go-karting. Fantastic restaurants
and nightlife, desert safaris, Egyptian excursions and much much more!

Bathrooms:
1 bathroom. En-suite bathroom - Toilet, Shower Enclosure. Although
water is freely available to guests, please remember that this region
is part of the Sahara Desert and water is a very precious resource. For
environmental reasons, please do not waste water by leaving taps
running or washing towels daily. A shower has been installed instead of
a bath for the same reason. Used water is recycled in El Gouna for
plant watering. NB Bottled water should be purchased for drinking
purposes. This can be bought inexpensively from the supermarkets, who
will deliver it by the case directly to the apartment if requested.

Bedrooms:
1 bedroom, sleeps maximum of 4 people. Master bedroom - 1 Large Double
Bed, 1 Sofa bed/Futon. This apartment is ideal for 2 people, although
up to two more can be accomodated on the sofa-bed in the open-plan
living area.

Entertainment: tv, DVD.

Outside: balcony.

Swimming Pools: outdoor pool, communal pool, heated pool.

Suitability: pets not allowed, non smoking only, wheelchair accessible, suitable for elderly or infirm, children welcome.

Notes: This
beautiful 1bed apartment is within an International standard 4* hotel
situated on the Marina of the resort town of El Gouna. Both the bedroom
and the living area have their own balconies with views across the
hotel pool and stunning views of the Marina and the Red Sea. All of the
facilities of both the hotels are available to you (at local cost) but
with the freedom, independence and space of an apartment. Daily maid
service can be provided if required. Meals can be booked at the hotel
in advance (paid locally and not included in the rental rates).
However, there are wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars just a short
stroll away all of which I can thoroughly recommend. Daily maid service
