  • Lounge/diner with widescreen TV with a wide range of satellite channels including Sky Sports plus DVD player and a high quality double sofa bed (excluding cottage 6 with a single sofa bed)
  • Well-equipped kitchen area with integral appliances including electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, iron and board plus a wide range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery
  • All bedding made up for your arrival, comprising linen, pillows and duvets
  • All towels and tea towels provided for cottage use (except beach towels)
  • Full double glazing and centrally heated throughout plus wood burner in the lounge. Smoke alarm

Green Aces is a superb complex of just ten de-luxe Cornish stone-faced holiday cottages. It is set in around two acres and surrounded by stunning countryside views. These self catering cottages enjoy an elevated position and offer a delightful rural retreat close to the south coast of Cornwall.

Green Acres is a new development of Cornish cottages which opened in autumn 2008. It provide a high standard of comfort throughout. There's a superb indoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms, a coin operated laundry plus a play area for young children.

These Cornwall cottages are ideally located just three miles from the famous Eden Project and the charming old town of Lostwithiel. Green Acres is also just five miles from the picturesque waterfront at Fowey with its stylish yachts and brightly coloured fishing boats. Nearby there's a small beach at Readymoney Cove.

There are several beaches within easy reach. The nearest at Par which is just three miles away. Looe and Polperro are also within easy driving distance. Green Acres is also well placed for many varied country and coastal path walks.

Should you have to cancel your holiday the following scale of charges applies: - up to 28 days loss of deposit, 27-15 days 50% and 14 days or less 100%. Holiday insurance is therefore strongly recommended.
Deposits:

£150 per unit (apartment,villa or cottage) deposit per week or park week is payable.
Other Fees:

£100 security deposit at time of booking for any breakages or damages within the villa this is refundable 7 - 10 day workings after you have returned home.
