We are in the center of Berlin surrounded by shops, moreover close to Metro stations, bus routes and more. We like to define our penthouse as a place to dream and relax, we care about your comfort, we think we are not only a place to sleep, but more.... for your lovely holidays As you can see from the pictures the apartment is very finely furnished and consists of two combined bedrooms, a large living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom.

It's bright from the sun that does shine into Berlin top floor penthouse apartments, comfortably furnished 2-bedroom (3 ROOMS) 130 meter apartment (1400 sq foot) with balcony, in a convenient location in Schöneberg. And quiet by virtue of being on the top floor.

The apartment includes everything you need:

Sleeping:
-1 King size bed, 1 Queen sized bed (actually 2 mattresses)
-For Backup we have an inflatable double decker king sized bed, and 1 single mattress,
-1 blue L shaped couch, white couch
-Ample quantity of all linens - sheets, towels, comforters, and pillows, replaced in weekly washings

Will rent up to 6 people comfortably. However in full combinations in three rooms can accommodate 12 people and 1 children. 4th floor American walk-up, Altbau, high ceilings.

Kitchen :
-Fully stocked newly renovated kitchen, Microwave, pannini grill, toaster oven, dishwasher, 2 Refrigerators, water boiler/cooker machine, electric stove, Oven, and eat-in kitchen
-Electric BBQ (for use on the small balcony please)
-))) Everything you could possibly need for breakfast as well as a delightful dinner.

During major fairs, events, holidays and other high demand times (please ask for an offer). However we often prefer a minimum 1 weeks stay.
These often include : IFA, ITB, Marathon, Christmas, New Years (23th Dec - 6th Jan), etc..
