Property Description

A fully furnished and equipped ground floor holiday apartment on a prestigious and modern development built in 2006. The complex is set in delightful gardens against a breathtaking mountain backdrop in an area of outstanding natural beauty. An ideal location for a family holiday.

The apartment is second line beach with excellent views over an olympic size pool. Showers and toilets are provided at the pool area. You can laze all day at the poolside but the beach is only a short walk away for those who prefer a swim in the calm, clear waters of the Mediterranean.

A well-stocked supermarket and a cashpoint are both within 10 minutes walk and there are a variety of restaurants to choose from at Marina Smir offering a selection of different cuisines. All within walking distance

Bedrooms

One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. Both bedrooms overlook the magnificent pool. Air conditioning in both bedrooms.

Bathrooms

Four piece bathroom suite. Fully tiled with over bath shower. With marble vanity area and light and mirror above. shaver socket.

Living room

Excellent view over the pool from the balcony where there is a table and four chairs. There is a three piece suite and satelite TV, also a coffee table and a dining table with six chairs to the dining area.

Kitchen

Fully equipped, modern and spacious with useful private drying/storage area. Granite worktops and a wealth of cupboards. Place settings for 6 people.

Other rooms

A second useful enclosed and private outside area for storage of beach items and cleaning equipmemt, plus there is the balcony area off the lounge. All rooms have a view over the pool except the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, modern and spacious with whitewashed walls and fully tiled floors to all rooms.

Cleaning equipment and towels and bed linen are provided as standard but maid service is available on request. Baby equipment and an extra camp bed is also available to hire by prior arrangement with the owner but these are not part of the apartment’s standard equipment.

Jawhara Smir on Morocco's fashionable Costa Vista is an excellent location for a family holiday. The complex enjoys a breathtaking mountain backdrop and is within walking distance of an aqua fun park which offers all day entertainment for the family for only a few Dirham's. Close by are two marinas offering water-based activities and miles of golden sands at Tamuda Bay, to rival those of the Caribbean.; known as 'The golden mile,'The King of Morocco himself has been known to go jet skiing here and has one of his summer palaces nearby.

Marina Smir is Morocco's equivalent to Puerto Banus on Spain's Costa del Sol. Although Spain is only nine miles distant, northern Morocco offers an opportunity to discover a totally different culture and atmosphere as well as providing the discerning tourist with the tranquillity that Spain has sadly lost.

Between Marina Smir and Tetuoan there are miles of unspoilt beaches and scenery to enjoy at Tamuda Bay. This area is also known as "The Golden Mile "because of its popularity and wealth of activities on offer. An excellent selection of activities are also available to holidaymakers in the town of M'diq which boasts a wonderful selection of seafood restaurants and shops in a pleasant pedestrian-friendly environment.

There is a huge Marjane Supermarket where you can purchase a wide variety of goods.

There is a supermarket and cash point just over the road plus a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants lie well within walking distance. Scuba diving, golf and fishing trips can be arranged nearby and a wealth of other activities and day trips are available at reasonable cost should you wish to venture further afield.

A short journey by car will take you to Tetouan, a mystical, magical place set high in the mountains. Here you can see another of the King's many palaces and discover the ancient cobbled streets of the Medina. You can barter for souvenirs to your heart's content, returning home with excellent gifts at amazingly low prices. The people are friendly and helpful and there are a wide variety of different activities available to provide even the most discerning tourist with a memorable holiday. You can sip mint tea in the opulence of an authentic carpet showroom and buy rare spices in the ancient Medinas. A Guide is recommended here so the best attractions are not missed.
