These are really good fully air-conditioned ground and other properties in the same block which are set in a nice location very close to golf courses and local shops, Vilamoura centre is just a couple of minutes drive. The ground floor apt. has an extensive patio in full view of the pools and garden, very easy to supervise the kids in the garden without leaving the patio! The apartment is furnished to the highest standards. The complex is secure and safe, has garage, car hire, baby sitting, parking and is generally not noisy. This is a 1st apartment, and is accessed by two steps to the main stairs or lift, therefore with a little help wheelchairs can be accommodated. An intruder alarm has been installed, however, the area is very quiet and safe. The shutters provide added security and also keep the rooms cool during summer and warm in winter. This is not just any holiday rental, its fitted out as a traditional English style home which means it's comfortable for short and long term stays. 6 people can be seated at the dining room table and 4 in the kitchen where there is another table. The kitchen fitments are good quality and there is no shortage of pots, glassware and china - so you can cook proper meals! The balcony is excellent for dining and sitting around in the shade. where you can look out on the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids whilst relaxing. It never gets too busy as not all these apartments are rented and some people live there all year round. Baby sitting available

We have underground parking and secure lockups with your own key. Here you can transfer you clubs directly from car to the storage room with ease and safety. This is a private condominium composed of only 16 1 and 2 bed roomed luxury apartments set in the ‘Terracos do Pinhal’ complex. Located in the finest area of Vilamoura and surrounded by two of the 5 international GOLF courses. It is also just 1 minutes drive from the famous 14 RINK LAWN BOWLS CENTRE (equipment supplied) where you can roll up, or even take part of social matches! The apartment is 3 mins drive to the beaches that stretch out on either side of the largest marina in Europe, where you can eat and drink from the 120 bars and restaurants that line the promenade. From there you can enjoy all sorts of water sports, fishing boat trips, boat tours or just watch the world go by. Like the climate you will find the locals warm and welcoming! Days can be spent relaxing on the miles of unspoilt beaches, but the nightlife is much livelier: dinner overlooking the marina is followed by hours of night clubbing, or visit the Casino where you can dine and see a top class show.

Should you need to cancel your visit between 8 - 4 weeks before your arrival you will refund your monies on a sliding scale. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your stay you will only receive a refund if we can re-let the property. |

We require a 25% booking deposit and the remainder 8 weeks before your arrival |

Other Fees:
We also require a refundable security deposit of 400.00 GBP or Euros paid to our bank account two weeks before your arrival. This will be returned to you within ten days of your departure assumming there are no damages. |
