Located in Aldea Blanca, Puerto Banus, Marbella, on a privately owned complex which is a mix of holiday rentals and private accommodation.

The apartment as recently received a full renovation to include luxuries that you would expect to find in a 5* Star Hotel!

The upkeep on the complex itself is second to none, with awards being won on an annual basis!

Aldea Blanca host 4 large swimming pools, some with Jacuzzis, but all arguably as lovely as each other. Never at any time do any of the pools feel crowded, even in high season!

Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in Marbella Area where a car is not essential, just a short 5 minute walk to Puerto Banus, and a very short stroll to the Centro Plaza shopping area, where there is a large number of shops and quality restaurants.

Self Spains Main Apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with a modern feel to the whole apartment and includes all the up to date mod cons you would expect to find in a five star hotel!

Open Plan Lounge / Diner / Kitchen

Good size triple aspect lounge containing an L Shaped Sofa, and for your entertainment you will find a wall mounted 42” Flat Screen TV with Digital Television and DVD Player.

Lounge has large patio doors which lead to the main balcony, and a single door leading to the Master Bedroom Balcony/2nd.

High Quality granite topped dining table with 4 leather dining chairs.

Kitchen has all the modern comforts of home, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, with the added bonus of a tumble dryer which is housed on 2nd Balcony.

Master Bedroom

This spacious room has a large double bed, plenty of drawer space and bedside cabinets.

There is a large fitted wardrobe which contains a safe for your use if required.

Wall Mounted 32” Flat screen television, with Digital Televisions link up.

Wide Patio doors leading to private balcony

Ensuite Bathroom containing power shower with sunken shower tray and glass screen, toilet and basin.

2nd Bedroom

A good size room with double bed and fitted wardrobes and a wall mounted 18” Flat screen television.

Main Bathroom

The main bathroom consists of a good sized bath, with separate shower cubicle, sink, and a toilet.

The whole apartment is fitted with brand new air conditioning with limited noise disturbance.

Aldea Blanca is one of the few places in the Marbella area where a car is not essential; it is just a very short stroll to the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre where there is a large number of shops and quality restaurants and, again, just a short walk to the Hotel Andalucia Plaza and a further street / area where again a great many shop & quality restaurants are to be found.

Our main Apartment is situated in the beautiful complex of Aldea Blanca in Puerto Banus, a perfect base whether you are looking for pure relaxation, convenience or a family holiday! The Complex boasts 4 lovely swimming pools, with the largest of the four being just 10mts from Self Spains main apartment. There are lots of attractions located close to Self Spains Main Apartment for all the family to enjoy: Marbella Zoo, The Crocodile Park, Go Karting and the Water Park to name but a few! Puerto Banus is situated between Marbella and San Pedro (approximately 6km from Marbella) and is the home of some of the most impressive yachts in the world! There is wide array of bars, restaurants and designer shops along the water front in the main shopping area,kn known as Muelle Rivera, to suit all tastes! You may find that dining in Puerto Banus is expensive; however it will always delight your sense and is a fantastic experience! You will find some of the finest restaurants situated in Puerto Banus! Have a fantastic day chilling out at the Ocean Club in Puerto Banus, with good company, good wines and good music, some great DJ's appear there during the summer months,with a great August bank holiday party with Djs such as Brandon Block, with some great nights such as Kinky Malinki and the Champagne Party, and many others organised by Sintallate. Every Saturday is market day, one of the largest Saturday Morning markets starts at the Bull Ring just 10 mins away from apartment and goes right down to the port, starts around 9ish and finishes at 2/3pm where you can find every type of goods on sale, but the most interesting opportunities that can be found range among: Bazaar, Art, Craftsmanship, Rustic furniture, Textiles and Antiques. Whatever holiday you are looking to enjoy you can be rest assured that with Self Spains luxury apartment you cannot go wrong!

"A truly lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious and equipped with all we needed to enjoy our holiday. The furnishings were lovely and the open plan layout worked really well. The air conditioning throughout made for a very comfortable stay.

The pools and gardens are very well maintained and it was so reassuring to have a lifeguard on duty at the main pool from 11am - 8pm every day. Even though we were there in peak season it was never too crowded or noisy and you could relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The location was ideal; a good choice of shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance. The Saturday market was larger than expected and although very busy was well worth the short stroll up the road to see all that was on offer.

Puerto Banus is within walking distance (about 20 mins), with the walk home being slightly more strenuous as it up quite a long steep hill. We also had a hire car so we took the opportunity to explore further afield too and there was certainly lots to see and do in the area. Parking at the complex was not a problem.

The apartment, complex and location were lovely and we had a wonderful holiday - thank you!"

"As soon as we entered the apartment we were extremely impressed. It was fresh, bright, clean,very comfortable and spacious. The open plan layout is ideal having 2 small children. Having stayed in various appts on Aldea Blanca this was by far the best and most prestigous. Waking up in the morning and having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool is idyllic and the gas BBQ on the balcony is a great addition to this beautiful home for simple dining.
There are lots of local restaurants and large supermarkets really close by and a great market on a Saturday.
The accommodation is private and we all felt very secure.
We have already booked another 10 days in August 09 and confirmed two further stays for next year.

This is truly a 5 STAR modern apartment, furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard and I would have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone. "

The apartment has recently been refurbished and is splendid in all the interiors; being very clean and bright. All mod cons are available for use, inclusive of Air Conditioning. The view from the front balcony is that of the gardens and the three large main swimming pools which are a delight to gaze upon. We have stayed on this complex many times before and do recommend a visit. The cleanliness of the apartment on arrival was supurb and is also very easy to keep clean during your stay as all needs are catered for. You will be happy with your choice of apartment if you choose this one. Highly recommended."

Between 56 days and 42 days 30% charge
Between 41 days and 28 days 40% charge
Between 27 days and 14 days 50% charge
Between 13 days and 7 days 70% charge
Between 6 days and arrival 100% charge

Cancellation charges are based on the total holiday cost. Cancellation charges are sometimes reclaimable on your insurance policy. Name changes are considered as an amendment.

£250 Refundable damage deposit with 20% deposit to confirm booking.

If you require a mid week clean during your stay, there will be an additional charge for this.
