The villa is situated in a quiet sought after area just ten minutes from Disney on Indian Ridge, it is ideally situated for easy access to all the major attractions and being just 2.5 miles from Animal Kingdom.

The luxury air conditioned property is situated in a large 1/4 acre plot and has four double bedrooms sleeping eight people, the master bedroom has a double bed and the other three bedrooms have twin beds, there is an open plan dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen  providing a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave,  waste disposal, liquidiser, toaster, coffee percolator, together with a full range of cooking utensils, cool bags are provided for your days out, towels are provide for indoor use and for the pool area, there is also  a hair dryer, cot and high chair at no extra cost. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, walk in closet, his and hers vanity unit and large shower with access to the pool area, there is also a mains gas BBQ.  The double garage is accessed from the house through the utility room which contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also cable television and a credit card telephone with free local calls. In the interests of health and safety there is a no smoking policy inside the house. The property benefits from a private, screened gas heated swimming pool which has the sun on it all day, (pool heating is not included in the price), there are recliners and patio furniture by the pool, the pool is accessed from the master bedroom and the kitchen.

Leisure facilities within the development for owners and their guests include a large communal pool, tennis courts and children’s play area.  The house is managed locally and are always on hand for help and advice and for the sale of discount tickets to all the major attractions.
