The property is a 3 bedroom villa standing on 4 floors and has been designed and furnished by the owner to five star luxury standards throughout. It is suitable for both holidays and also longer term residential lettings, year round. Ideal for families.

The premises were constructed in 2001 and comprise accommodation of about 750 m2. The entirety of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are available for letting. The owner lives on the 4th floor.

Locality, distances and transport alternatives:

The villa is located on the outskirts of Varna, around 5km north east from the city centre.  The villa sits in the hills over the bay of Varna and affords a perfect view of the bay, Varna lake, city beaches  and the port.

-   To the airport  - 12 km = 25 min driving

-         To “Golden sands” sea resort – 8 km = 10  min driving

-         To “St.St. Constantine  and Hellene” – 4 km – 7 min driving

-         To the city center – 5 km – 10 min driving

-         To the nearest city beach – 1,2 km – 15 min walking

The bus stops are located within a range of a 400 m max. The taxies as a rule come for about 3-5 min.  A list of the recommendable   taxi companies will be given by the landlord.

1st fl. - relaxation and entertainment facilities.( 75 m2) Consists of:

-         party hall with : table tennis, surround sound home cinema (DVD player, audio hi-fi), professionally designed and fully equipped bar, open fireplace and modern electronic dartboard.

-         fully equipped fitness room, solarium and massage bed,

-         sauna with water massage panel ,

2nd fl. – open plan 60 m2 and comprises :

-         fully equipped kitchen,

-         dining area seating 6

-         living room with fireplace.

-         veranda ( 45 m2) in front of the living room with sun loungers and other furniture.

-         main entrance with lobby, reception desk,

-         storeroom and toilet.

3rd fl. – bedrooms:

-         master bedroom ( 25 m2 ) with en-suite bathroom (complete with body spa and dressing room).

-         2 further bedrooms,

-         2 two toilets and one bathroom. All bedroom suites contain king-size beds.

4th fl. - a further bedroom/bath/wc  are available on request.

Additional facilities: Satellite TV in every room.  radio security system . There is an onsite heating system and two wells with automated pumps for emergency purposes, a central water supply system, garaging for one car and a parking area for a further three cars behind the main gates opened by  remote control system.

Swimming pool – the pool is fully private and consists of big basin ( 4 x 9 m depth 1,40 m ) for adults and small basin for children ( 3 x 3 m. depth 0,60 m). There is a wooden pergola around the pool. 8 sun beds and beach towels are at the disposal of the guests.

Playground  - about 200 m2 of grass ground, basket ball field , badminton net and field, swings, slide and a lot of toys.

Rent includes: electricity, water, heating, pre-renting cleaning,  towels& linen (changed every 5-6 days)  basic hygiene  consumables; transfer from Varna Airport.

Rent excludes: · domestic and international telephone calls · internet usage, for longer term lettings, a separate telephone point can be arranged.

Varna - 26 centuries of history

Varna was founded around the sixth century BC as a Greek colony by the name of Oddessos, which itself is built over a former Thracian settlement. The Romans then settled it and in particular made use of the nearby geothermal springs for their famous Roman baths. Indeed, the Roman bath in Varna is one of the most imposing in the Empire. It was re-named Varna by the Slavs in the seventh century and by the Middle Ages became a fortified town thriving on brisk sea trade. Several gold hoards have been discovered in the region and are displayed in the city's archaeological museum, including perhaps the oldest gold treasure ever found, being a 6,500 year old collection. The museum also houses a precious collection of orthodox icons from the 16th-19th century. Varna's orthodox Cathedral of the Assumption is one of the city's most impressive buildings.
