It has the capacity to accommodate 14 people, with two separate wings having total 7 spacious & luxurious room, with all modern facilities &unique interior designs.

Provision for out door entertainment for guests which includes – Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Parasailing.

The "Marquise Right Wing": In the ground floor a spacious dining room with a capacity of 18 persons offers 3 long oak dining tables and solid oak benches either side. The 'Marquise left wing' kitchen is fully well equipped with Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils, Washer & Dryer. Washing and drying facilities are being offerd to the guests as there is an additional provision for a laundry room. A sitting room upstairs facilitated with satellite television and DVD player you can have charming views from either side of the room. All 3 bedrooms are having size beds splittable into two singles with private en-suite bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath or shower. One room is specifically restored for disabled guests.

The "Marquise Right Wing": The ground floor consists of a spacious open living, dining, decorated with comfortable settees, satellite television and DVD player. The 'Marquise right wing' kitchen is fully also similarly equipped with same laundry room facilities for washing and drying 2 out of the 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms are having king size beds splittable into two singles, and rest has a queen size bed. Each bedroom provides private en-suite bathroom facilities with WC, wash basin and bath or shower.

Both the Marquises have two small private terraces with BBQ, but adjoining the building a provision for large covered outside terrace capacity with seating for 18 people facilitated with stone barbecue and assures views over the pools safe children's play area with swings, sand, slides etc. This property have arrangements for two heated pools which are fully fenced and secure well for small children and a small (3x3m) pool exclusively for children has the gentle trickle of a mini waterfall continuously running. Avail a fitness room with training apparatus near the pool. Guests are requested to share all these facilities with the owner.
