Property Description

Modern apartment which is conveniently located for Corralejo Centre, Baku Water Park (See Photos) and the lovely flag beach. It is approximatel;y 15 mins walk into the main town but there are also family bars, restaurants, shops and a convenient taxi service at the bottom of the road.



As the photos show you will have a lovely modern and Bright lounge leading to balcony and modern dining area with leather chairs . There are views of area from the lounge. There is also a beautiful terrace to relax which has great views of gardens and surrounding area and is secure and safe for children. 



Inside you have all the luxuries of home and modern style furniture along with LCD TV, satellite and DVD. There are two bedrooms, one double, one twin and each with fitted cupboards & a window, plus a leather double pull out sofa bed and a travel cot. The kitchen includes modern ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There are also views of Corralejo and its surrounding areas from the terrace and the whole apartment is extremely private.



The apartment sleeps 6 + there is a Travel Cot for children, 1 double, a twin room and a double pull out bed in the lounge.



This apartment is behind lockable gates which means its extremely secure, private and has a seperate balcony and Terrace with views instead of just a small garden to front like some advertised.

The apartment is also next to the pool and you can see the childrens pool from the terrace which was a big plus for us when purchasing the property.



The terrace is very spacious and equipped with Table and Chairs and Sun loungers. From the terrace you get views of the sea, Corralejo,Cactus Gardens and the whole property is secure behind a lockable gate.



There is also a balcony which looks out over the outskirts of Corralejo and the mountains and is shaded in the afternoon so with the terrace you have the option of a sun and shade all day long.



At the entrance to the apartment you have a lockable gate.

The apartment is situtaed on the water park side of Corralejo. Corralejo is the main holiday resort in Fuerteventura and a favourite haunt of watersport enthusiasts. It boasts great restaurants, Bars, Shopping and numerous beaches nestled dotted along its frontline. You can easily take a trip over to Lanzarote or just relax near the harbour and watch the boats come and go.



The sand dunes which you can see from the apartment border the town and the beautiful flag beach is a must for sun worshippers. Flag beach is around 3 miles of glorious white sand, it is extremely safe for children because where the sand a sea meet you get a lovely gradual drop off.



If shopping is your thing there are shops and boutiques galore and between Correlejo and the Apartment you have the fabulous Baku Water Park where the children (and adults) can play all day. There is also an aquarium with sharks, sea lion shows and small animals. Baku water park is only 10 minutes walk away. Please note Baku is closed from December to May.



There are plenty of places to hire a car but the Taxis are fantastic and cost next to nothing. In fact a taxi from Corralejo to the Apartment is only about 2 euros and there is a rank only 500 metres from the apartment.



The apartment itself is a 10 minutes stroll to shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants and banks. If you dont want to walk into Corralejo one night you can spend a lovely evening right next to the apartment and walk back in 10 mins. Corralejo is approximately a 20 minute stroll but if you prefer there is a taxi service at the bottom of the road and its only around €3 into town.
