Casa Maria is a beautifully designed villa with all the luxuries you expect from a first class villa. There are stone floors, air-conditioning, central heating and automatic shutters throughout the villa.

The spacious lounge/dining area has two large comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, satellite flat screen TV, DVD, CD and a Broadband connection.. The patio doors lead to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

The fully fitted kitchen is open plan and is extremely well equipped. It has an oven with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king size double bed, patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and an overhead shower.

On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms. They both have patio doors to the outside terraces and en-suite bathrooms. These bedrooms have zipped style beds and can be set up as doubles if required.

The spacious garden has a lawn area, trees and shrubs and a large terrace overlooking the pool. It is fully enclosed with a fence and gates onto the driveway. The pool is 12m x 6m. There is a covered terrace area and brick built BBQ with a gas BBQ.
