Self- catering accommodation for the discerning holidaymaker, this modern, sunny
& private south-facing villa has a large terraced area and private garden
area with wonderful views over the Atlantic ocean, and the Deserts Islands.
Superbly equipped for 2 up to 8 guests, this villa was finished in October 2005
and it has its entire “useful” area in one ground floor, with extra facilities
on as internal “Mezzanine”. The ground floor accommodates 2-6 guests in comfort
and privacy in its 3 rooms, all with in suite bathroom; the main room has a
complete bathroom with tub, with walk-in dressing room. A luxurious lounge/diner
area with extensive French windows leading out to the terrace and with a
fantastic view over the Atlantic. Upstairs on a internal “Mezzanine” with a
“chill out” area with access to the kitchen top where you can view all the house
surroundings and have even more stunning views of the sea. The kitchen is fully
equipped, and it is very modern.

Near the beach of Reis Magos. Caniço’s underwater nature reserve, for you to discover with one of the diving clubs in the area, is only a 5-minute drive away. For the sub aquatic enthusiasts, the Garajau coast line offers one of Europe's first underwater nature reserves.
