Property Description |
Our 23 cottages, country homes and chalets (some with outdoor 4 season private spa and a superb view on the Mont-Tremblant region) have a lake access to a beach (within 4 minutes walk), or a direct lake access or even lakefront which in the winter turns into a skating ring. Most are located only 2 minutes from the downtown of City of Mont-Tremblant, 12 minutes from the Tremblant ski and resort and 2 minutes from the Mont-Blanc ski centre. The cottages offer 2 to 7 bedrooms with 1 to 3 bathrooms most have open concept living, dining and kitchen. Some have a private 4 season Hot Tub (Spa), a gas BBQ or charcoal BBQ and a patio set during the summer. They all have a wood fireplace, cable TV, some have satellite and a DVD.
The cottage #461 is an all wood cottage and is situated within walking distance to the Lake Lauzon. It is on a large lot, has a patio in the front with a picnic table and a gas BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms which can sleep a total of 8 people. It includes 1 ½ bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The big living room has a huge wall-to-wall stone fireplace and is open concept with the dining room where you can see the fireplace. With a choice of activities and sports to do: Golf, Cross country and alpine skiing, beach and lake, ice skating, snow tubing, bicycling, swimming, dog sledding, horseback riding, horse sleigh, canoeing, fishing, Spa Scandinave (massages), river tubing, tennis, snowmobile, hiking, mountain biking, rollerblading, restaurants, shopping, major food stores, sugar shack, water skiing, jungle gym, International Blues Festival, Classical Music Festival, etc.
Bedroom notes:
The bedrooms are all on the second floor with a toilet, sink and mirror powder room. The Master bedroom holds a queen, 2nd and 3rd bedroom 2 double + a pullout single each. Please enter a detailed description of your property.

Outdoor features : There is a fenced-in playground on the beach area by the lake. The beach is clean, sandy and goes down in the water very gradually and is very safe for young children. In the winter, the lake turns into a huge free skating rink, there is also a section with hockey nets and a heated cabin to put on your skates.
Area :
The cottage is situated 2 minutes drive from downtown City of Mont-Tremblant (formerly known as St-Jovite) where you can choose from gorgeous Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pubs, microbreweries, shopping, etc. There is a 9 holes golf (Les Ruisseaux) only 1 minute drive from the cottage and a choice of 8 18 holes within 10 minutes drive. Mont-Blanc alpine ski resort is only 2 minutes drive and Tremblant resort 15 minutes. The Emond Go- Kart (karting) is 2 minutes drive and there is also « Parc National du Mont-Tremblant » with a plefora of outdoor activities only a bit further
