This cozy US style Bed and Breakfast house overlooks a working farm with 15,000 orange trees, as well as fields of alfalfa and corn, artichokes and melons. The house has 1 bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with shower. The house also has a patio and pool that overlooks the countryside. A Computer with wireless internet access is also provided. This place is ideal for a traveling person or couple (or a couple with small children) as a base from which to explore 'El Norte Chico' or, since it is close to Route 5, as an overnight stay on the trip north to La Serena or Coquimbo. For those who want to explore, any number of activities can be arranged to enrich the experience of this unique area. |

The house is located on a rich farming region spotted with small town little over an hour’s drive north on scenic Rt. 5 from Santiago. The town of Nogales is in the Aconcagua River Valley, separated from the Pacific by a range of coastal mountains that provide spectacular panoramic views of the countryside as one drives to Zapallar and the spectacular undeveloped coastline. Local customs abound - horse drawn carts work side by side with modern earth moving equipment as the country develops the infrastructure to support its growing agricultural economy. |
