Welcome to Orista Villa at Calabay Parc the perfect holiday home in Orlando Florida.
Our stunning, privately owned executive villa is set within the beautiful landscaped community of Calabay Parc, a highly acclaimed and much sought after holiday location close to all the major attractions.
This four bedroom, three bathroom, air conditioned villa comes complete with swimming pool and spa, games room and all the comforts you could want to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
It offers two master bedrooms, both with en-suites and private access to the pool and spa area.  Two further good-sized twin-bedded rooms share a large bathroom.  All bedrooms have cable TV.  Orista Villa provides spacious and luxurious accommodation for a family holiday but is also perfect for two families to share.  
There are large open living areas to ensure there is room for everyone to relax in comfort along with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.  The living room has comfortable sofas, a large screen cable TV and DVD  player, although those who are serious about their audio/video entertainment may prefer to use the separate TV lounge with its flat screen plasma TV, home theatre DVD system and PS2.  If you want to bring along your laptop or any Wi-Fi device to stay in touch with family and friends (and dare we mention work!) there is a free high-speed wireless internet connection.
Our newly installed games room boasts a full-sized slate-bed 8’ pool table, foosball table, electronic dart board and lots of games for those times when you simply want to relax at home.   
Our west facing pool and spa area provides all the sun that a sun-worshipper could want and also creates the perfect setting for watching the sunset. There is perhaps no better way to end the day or recover from a hard day at the parks than to have dinner 'al fresco' under the covered patio or take a relaxing spa as the sun sinks slowly into the forest at the rear of the villa. 
We have tried to provide everything you might need to make your holiday enjoyable including, for those of you with younger children, a portable cot, stroller, car seat and high chair.    
We are seasoned Florida villa vacationers and have purchased and equipped Orista Villa to be the place where we would want (and do) spend our holidays.
The villa is very close to a number of championship golf courses and just fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World.

Orista Villa is located at the prestigious community of Calabay Parc on Highway 27, 5 minutes north of Exit 55 of the I-4, the main highway through the Orlando area from which all the major attractions, Disney, Wet n' Wild, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure can be reached.. Calabay Parc is a peaceful and immaculately maintained community consisting of luxury 3, 4 and 5 bedroom executive villas all with private pools. It is one of the most desirable locations for those wishing to holiday in the Orlando area. Two miles north of Calabay Parc is a shopping area which has a Publix supermarket and pharmacy plus a few smaller shops. There are a number of restaurants and bars; Applebees Bar and Grill in particular serves wholesome, good value food and has an all day, everyday happy hour deal for beers and wines. Another two miles further north is a Wal-Mart Supercenter which stocks a good range of Disney products at prices much cheaper than the theme parks themselves. There is a huge range of items for sale, everything from tins of beans to plasma TVs. The attractions can be reached either by travelling a few miles north to join the US192, the main thoroughfare through the Kissimmee area which has a enormous range of shops and restaurants, or south to exit 55 of the I-4. The I-4 going east passes all the main attractions, Disney, SeaWorld, Wet 'n' Wild and Universal Studios and continues on to the Atlantic beach areas of Daytona; going west the road goes to Tampa and the beautiful Gulf coast beaches of St Pete's and Clearwater. Approximate drives times as follows: Universal Studios 25 minutes Sea World 20 minutes Wet 'n' Wild 25 minutes Gatorland 25 minutes Downtown Disney 15 minutes Kennedy Space Centre 60 minutes Busch Gardens, Tampa 60 minutes Gulf coast and beaches 70 minutes

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation by the Client, for whatever reasons, the following charges will apply: In excess of 8 weeks before rental date - Deposit only. Between 6 and 8 weeks notice given - 50% of total rental cost Between 4 and 6 weeks notice given - 75% of total rental cost Less than 4 weeks notice given - 100% of total rental cost We will endeavour to obtain a replacement booking; if we are successful then the cancellation charge will be reduced accordingly. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the booking we will make every effort to relocate you to a similar property or will refund all monies paid by you.

£100 per week
Other Fees:

A refundable security deposit of £150 is required which is payable along with your final invoice. This will be refunded within 28 days of returning home subject to a satisfactory report from our management company. Any damage will be paid from the security deposit. Should any accidental damage exceed £150we reserve the right to claim the additional costs of repairs from you. Optional Pool Heat is £75 per week
