Welcome to Orange Flower Villa at Watersong. Our beautifully furnished luxury villa has its own 30' pool and is located in the fantastic conservation surroundings of Watersong offering a relaxing retreat after the excitement of Florida's many attractions. This premium villa sleeps 6 and is equipped to a high standard with features such as Free broadband wireless internet, a games table and a cable TV with a DVD player. Air conditioning is provided throughout.
Family Room: This tasteful living area has a vaulted ceiling and is open plan to the kitchen and the dining area. As well as cable TV and DVD, this room is fitted with games and card table. It is perfect for relaxing with the family
Kitchen / informal dining area: High specification, open plan kitchen with informal dining table. Equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer with ice making facility, toaster, juicer/blender and coffee machine are just a few of the appliances available to make your stay easy. The villa is well equipped with crockery and cutlery. The dining area overlooks the pool and conservation area behind the villa.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom contains an magnificent king size bed, a remote controlled HD cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan, plenty of storage and a vast walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom features 'his and hers' washbasins, a fabulously large bathtub , a luxurious shower and separate WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.
Laundry facilities: The Villa is well equipped with large washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron and Ironing board.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedded and fitted with a ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Bathroom 2: Situated between bedrooms 2 and 3. Fitted with vanity unit, bath, shower and WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded and fitted with a ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Outside
Patio and pool area: Sundrenched for most of the day our large 30 x 15' pool are screened and come with optional heating facilities for the winter. Patio and underwater lighting is available for a perfect evening swim.
Luxury chaise loungers are provided for sunbathing and relaxing between swims.

Our guest have use of the elegant, spacious 6700sq ft clubhouse that hosts a cyber cafe, a fitness centre, a large resort style pool & spa, volleyball court, children's playground and picnic area. A concierge service is available at the clubhouse and our villa is the just across the road .

By signing, he or she certifies that they agree to the Booking Terms & Conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form and will be deemed as the agent for the whole party. Bookings cannot be accepted from anyone under the age of 25. |
