Welcome to Orange Blossom Villa at Watersong. Our beautifully furnished luxury villa has its own 30' pool & spa and is located in the fantastic conservation surroundings of Watersong offering a relaxing retreat after the excitement of Florida's many attractions. This luxury villa sleeps 12 and is equipped to a high standard with features such as a games room, Free broadband wireless internet, a massive 52 inch cable TV with a home theatre system with IPOD capability. Air conditioning is provided throughout.
Ground Floor
Family Room: This informal living area has a massive vaulted ceiling, overlooked by the gallery above and is open plan to the kitchen and the informal dining area. It is perfect for relaxing with the family hosting a home theatre system with a 52 inch cable TV that has some 90 channels and an IPOD connection.
Formal lounge and Dining area: A tasteful, quiet and comfortably furnished lounge with dining area attached.
Kitchen / informal dining area: High specification, open plan kitchen with informal dining table. Equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer with ice making facility, toaster, juicer/blender and coffee machine are just a few of the appliances available to make your stay easy. The villa is well equipped with crockery and cutlery. The informal dining area overlooks the pool and conservation area behind the villa.
Games room: A great escape for kids of all ages! Our games room is equipped with a pool table, an air hockey table and a soccer table.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom contains an magnificent American king sized four poster bed, a remote controlled HD cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan, plenty of storage and a vast walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom features 'his and hers' washbasins, a fabulously large bathtub , a luxurious shower and separate WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.
Laundry Room: Well equipped with large washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron and Ironing board.

Master Bedroom 2: A Beautifully decorated second master bedroom with a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, clock radio, large walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom is well fitted with a vanity unit, Shower, Bath and WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.
Bedroom 3: A lovely queen size bedroom beautifully decorated, fitted with a clock radio, ceiling fan, ample built in wardrobes and chests.
Bathroom 3: Situated between bedrooms 3 and 4. Fitted with vanity unit, bath, shower and WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.
Bedroom 4: (the green room): Twin bedded and fitted with a clock radio, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 5: (the red room): Twin bedded and fitted with a clock radio, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Bathroom 4: Situated between bedrooms 5 and 6. Fitted with vanity unit, bath, shower and WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.
Bedroom 6: (the blue room): Twin bedded and fitted with a clock radio, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Outside
Patio, pool and Spa area: Sundrenched for most of the day our large 30 x 15' pool and spa are screened and come with optional heating facilities for the winter. Patio and underwater lighting is available for a perfect swim or spa.
The 40 x 10' Lanai is an excellent place to sunbath , for the kids to play protected from the sun and to relax with a drink. Complete with a large stone dining table and comfortable chairs it can also be used as an outdoor dining area.
Luxury chaise loungers are provided for sunbathing and relaxing between swims.

A provisional booking may be made via the telephone or email and will be held for 7 days, allowing for the deposit to be received. A GBP£300/USD$400 deposit is required to confirm your booking along with a signed booking form. The lead person on the booking form must be over 25 years of age and must be a member of the party occupying the villa. By signing, he or she certifies that they agree to the Booking Terms & Conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form and will be deemed as the agent for the whole party. Bookings cannot be accepted from anyone under the age of 25. |
