There is a large open plan Lounge Kitchen Diner, with spectacular views across the Bay, furnished with two sofas, Digital TV, DVD and Hifi; the Dining area has a stylish table and four chairs; the Kitchen with Breakfast Bar and two stools, is fully fitted and equipped with all the modern appliances that will make your stay effortless, including dishwasher, washer dryer, twin oven, hob, microwave and large fridge freezer.

There is a large selection of leaflets and guides for nearby attractions and activities, a small selection of books, magazines and games. Outside there is off road parking for one car, and a communal garden with views of the bay where you are welcome. Grange-over-Sands is a prefect base for exploring the Cartmel Peninsular and the Southern Lake District, lying seven miles south from the foot of Windermere, and overlooking Morecambe Bay. Grange offers a charming array of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops, a beautiful Promenade for a relaxing stroll, a bandstand which Brass Bands play at each Sunday through Summer, and many gardens and parks to relax in.

With excellent links by road, rail and air, Grange-over-Sands also has the National Cycle Network running through it, and an array of public footpaths that offer spectacular walks, including the Cumbrian Coastal Way footpaths. Grange-over-Sands is in excellent position for exploring areas such as Windermere, Coniston, Ambleside and Kendal.
