Self catering fully-furnished holiday houses situated in a nice area of Perth City near the surrounds of delightful lakes and parklands in the Ballajura Estate. It is only 12 km or about 15 – 20 minutes to the city central area. The holiday houses offer convenience, easy access to bus services, and you only need to cross the road to the Woolworths Supermart. Located within walking distance from beautiful parklands and the Emu Lake, this is a pleasant location to stay for a holiday. Or take a short drive along Beach Road right down to the beaches.
The Emu Lake at the Ballajura Lakes Estate is full of wild life. Watch the wild birds, ducks and Pelicans, cultured garden beds and wild flowers as you take a relaxing stroll along the beautiful lakeshore. Entrance to Emu Lake is at Lakeshore Close, turn left at the T-junction then walk down the path beside the large park along the lake shore. Have a barbeque at Paradise Quay – free gas supplied by the local authorities. Nice place for eco tourism too. These furnished self-catering holiday houses are ideal for a relaxing family overseas stay, church group retreat or simply, just a nice place to make your day in Perth! It is economical; you may share with your friends depending on the family sizes. Or have these rental properties for longer term stay. Save on petrol and travel costs, this holiday house is so much closer to the Perth City and airport than outlying locations like Joondalup, Clarkson, Mullaloo, Parmelia or Quinns Rocks. |
