Property Description

The villa is south facing with large patio area,
outside table and chairs, sunbeds and private parking. There is a fully
fitted kitchen, lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a
bathroom with shower, bath and bidet. The villa also contains a safe
for your valuables. The 2 pools are cleaned daily and sunbeds are
provided. There are spectacular views of the 'Montana Roja' (red
mountain) which also provides a lovely walk. Alegranza is situated in
the beautiful Playa Blanca which is a mere 5 mins drive to the beach,
restaurants and shops. The villa is equipped to a high standard
including TV, DVD, CD/radio, crockery, glasses, microwave, washing
machine, iron and ironing board, baby’s cot, highchair, beach chairs
and a variety of beach toys. All linen and towels are provided. We also
provide a welcome pack on your arrival.

The beach is a 5 mins drive or a 20 mins walk, there is a taxi rank just down the road. Playa Blanca is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, where there are water sport activities. Papagayo beach (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo are all within 5 mins drive of the villa. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen. The restaurants on the sea front feature a wonderful sea view.There is a ferry which you can get from Playa Blanca harbour which will take you to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. The ferries cross to the island several times a day.
The new Rubicon Marina is a lovely place to eat and shop and you can also take advantage of the twice weekly market.
Timanfaya 'fire mountain' is a must visit place and only approx 20 mins drive. It is a volcano where they actually cook using the natural heat. You can also ride camels.
