Property Description |
This is a recently modernised apartment located just 300 metres from the main beach front. The property has two bedrooms the first of which offers 3 single beds and the main bedroom offers a double bed(thus sleeping upto 5). Both rooms have chest of drawers, fans, built in wardrobes and security shutters. The new kitchen is equipped with all mod cons and is semi open to the living room. The large picture window in the living room affords greats sea views. There are UK Tv channels available and a selection of DVD's inlcuding childrens films. The small private complex has a great reputation for cleanliness and also offers a nice atmosphere to our guests. There is a private swimming pool and plenty of sun terracing upon which to catch a few rays. The most enchanting feature of the property is its amazing sea views and its positionned perfectly for that late afternoon drink to enjoy the sunset. |

The apartment is located on Calle Anzuelo opposite Cinco Plazas Complex. It is a ten minute taxi ride from the airport. The main beach in Puerto Del Carmen is just a 5 minute stroll. Local amenities(i.e. within 100 metres) include 2 supermarkets, laundry, car hire, Irish bar / restaurant and telephone. |
