A €150.00 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This must be received by us within 5 days of reservation, otherwise the accommodation may be re-let. The deposit is refunded on return to your home country, providing nothing has been broken or damaged. Cost of rental to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date, otherwise property may be re-let. Security deposit will be retained for cancellations after this period. Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A charge of €50 is payable at the end of your stay for cleaning, towels and bedding are all included. This is taken from the deposit. |
