Property Description

La Haza is a 250-year old olive farm, lovingly restored to a 5-bedroom B&B, with room for a maximum of 12 people. "A little corner of paradise" is what the Lonely Planet calls this area, made all the more exciting by the warm welcome and splendiferous food that is on offer here.

Bernadette and Patriek have been running La Haza for 4 seasons now, and, going by the comments in the guest book, they are certainly doing something right! Bernadette will make sure she sees to your every need, whilst Patriek busies himself in the kitchen, preparing the most amazing dishes for your enjoyment every evening, from May onwards "al fresco" on the patio Andaluz. All in all you will feel at home almost immediately.

After a copious buffet breakfast (on the patio, weather permitting), Bernadette will provide you with all the information you need for your visits to the area, La Haza's central location making it the perfect spot for Granada, Malaga and Cordoba, to name but a few, but gems such as Priego de Cordoba and El Torcal should not be omitted! Alternatively, she will provide you with beach towels should you wish to just laze by the pool and do nothing else.

La Haza has an inner courtyard, a garden with summer house, swimming pool with multiple terraces and lots of shady corners for when the Andalucian sunshine just gets a bit too much. Inside you will find a cosy dining room/bar, and a small lounge for those quieter moments. The rooms are tastefully furnished in local rustic Andalucian style.

The patio is covered with beautiful plants and a lovely place just to sit with a drink with a homemade tapa, or enjoy the fantastic food on offer. A 3-course meal is provided most nights, and all dietary requirements are taken into account. As we hear from most guests, you won't want to leave!
