This rustic 6 bedroom farm house has stunning gardens and is located just 5 minutes from the beach. It's romantic & charming atmosphere is ideal for family groups as there are several different play areas outdoors as well as an indoor play room. The main bedroom has a double bed and it's own ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a single pull out bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have double beds. Bedroom 4 also has an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a pull out single bed in the game room. Bedroom 6 in the summer house has bunk beds with its own shower and WC. The kitchen is very well suited for catering to large groups, with all of the expected equipment. A washing machine is also available in the annex. Large living areas with sofas, fire place, entertainment system consisting of DVD, TV, CD player and radio. The atmosphere is comfortable and cosy with high cane and wooden ceilings. Luxurious gardens and authentic Portuguese decor make this the perfect getaway for large groups. Outside, there are play areas,a huge pool and seperate summer house. The pool is terraced and has sun loungers and shady umbrellas. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue and covered dining area make for versatile outdoor living. The hardens include many fruit trees which guests are welcome to pick. |

Alvor is an ancient coastal village which is now a well known holiday location, however the narrow streets have kept modern development to a minimum. Alvor boast bars with live music and many types of restaurants, however leading off from these there are still memories of the older fishing village. Alvor village is well located facing a natural lagoon which opens out to the sea. Beach and coast choices include a long open sandy beach or small coves tucked under the cliffs. Nearby Alvor are the commercial town of Portimão, and the famous popular beaches of Praia da Vau and Praia da Rocha, and the semi-nature reserve of Quinta da RochaGolf is laso very well catered to in the Alvor region with Alto Golf course, Penina Golf course and Golfe do Morgado within easy walking or driving distances. Many other golf courses are only slightly further away. |
