The complex is serviced by the road from Castelsardo to Sedinni which
services the property is at the moment is closed off futher along the apartment
due to road works so thus is a no through road and hence hardly has any traffic
using it and ideal for the safety of all children. The beautifully landscaped
gardens has well secured pathways throughout and fully illuminated at night for
child safety. Swiiming pool furniture is supplied in rental price. There is a
secured allocated car parking with the apartment.

The castle also has a large number of art and crafts gifts shops. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony which is situated outside the living room but not permitted inside the property in the interest of health, safety and overall comfort of the other rental clients. Pets are not permitted in the interest of the health and overall general comfort of other rental tenants.

The nightly rates are for both weekdays and weekends. The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
