A lovely spacious detached three bed house located  on the beach accross from a private road.   The location is ideal for a large family.

The accommodation is light and spacious with a lovely through living room with patio doors leading out to the garden and beach beyond.  The living room is furnished  with comfortable  seating  and sofa bed and the dining area is furnished with table and chairs.  The kitchen is fitted with free standing gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, and microwave.  There is a shower room together with the second bathroom.  The bedrooms are one twin, one single and one double

The rear garden is paved, and acrross a private road is the pebble and sand beach. The front  has  a private driveway and a double garage

Eastbourne has a reputation for sunny weather, a major factor in attracting thousands of holidaymakers to this part of the East Sussex Coast.  The town boasts more hours of sunshine than almost any other English holiday resort.  Club Britannia is located on the seafront and within walking distance of all facilities.  Ideal for small families and couples seeking a seaside holiday. No car is necessary because all facilities are within walking distance of the apartments.  Some of the best restaurants and now available seafront cafe bars.  Roller blading, boat trips, sailing and miniature golf are all close by for the family to enjoy.

Pevensey Village is located approximatley 8 kilometers outside Eastbourne.  Pevesney Bay is a lovely fishing village with all local tourist shops and some good restaurants and Pubs.  The old town of Pevensey has the famous castle and from here are some lovely walks to Normans Bay.  The beach is a lovely stretch of sand and pebble.  Just down the road is the ASDA super store, and cinima and retail park.  and access to the famous Noth and South Harbour with lovely shops and restaurants.
