POOL SIDE APARTMENT "SERENE"

This unique modern pool side apartment with it's own dedicated entrance and parking outside the gates, is attached to the main villa which is occupied by the owners who are always there to offer you a warm and friendly welcome. Set high in the hills above the historical market town of Loule in the centre of the Algarve, the apartment boast stunning panaramic views of hills as far as the eye can see, perfect for that romantic holiday or for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of today's modern living.

The bedroom is equipped with twin beds (double available on request when booking) fitted large wardrobe, and on suite bathroom with power shower, WC and hand basin. The bedroom has two large windows that overlook the pool and the typical Algarvian garden.

The Kitchenette is fully equipped with crockery and cooking utensils, electric hob, combi microwave, inset fridge, table & chairs.

Lounge area has sofa bed (for that 3rd person), TV, free view satellite tv, DVD,  and CD/radio, Large patio entrance doors open out onto the large pool terrace that surrounds the 10mtr x 5mtr pool (shared with owners only). The pool terrace has padded sunloungers and parasols ideal for relaxing and soaking up the glorious Algarvian sunshine, a BBQ table and chairs and extending awning are their for elfresco dinning.

The whole area is surrounded with gardens stocked with typical Algarvian plants, perfect for the wild birds that visit.

So why not come and join us. Relax around the pool, or enjoy all the sports and entertainment the Algarve has to offer all within a 30 minute drive away, with wonderful hill side walks and cycle trails on the doorstep their is always plenty to do for everyone.

What could be better than waking up to birds song and finishing the day dinning el-fresco just outside your door as the glorious sun sets over the hills with a cool beer or glass of wine night after night.

Linen is changed weekly, maid service for bins only daily, towels provided for use in apartment and pool side only, beach towels must be brought with you.

Apartment Serene is ideally situated for exploring  and enjoying all the Algarve has to offer with 9 wonderful sandy beaches offering various water sports all within a 25 minute drive.

Loule is a historical town with plenty of history to explore, delightful small alley ways offer tempting Restaurants that serve a viarety of cusines all well below the prices on the coast, small cafe's and bars surround you, lay back and watch the world go by. Every Saturday Loule plays host to the famous Gypsy market where you can always find a bargain, weekday mornings the Municipal market offers a wide variety of fresh vegetables, fruit, fresh fish and wonderful bread and rolls well worth a visit.

Famous for it's Golf courses 6 are within a 20 minute drive with another 2 courses being constructed that will be just a 10 minute drive away. (we can arrange discounts on green fee's please enquire on booking).

For those interested in Tennis loule has it's own courts and we have arranged for discounted coaching for our guests (please enquire on booking).

For those looking for an energetic holiday water theme parks, zoo marine and various sporting activities are all within a twenty minute drive.

Walkers and cyclist this is paradise with glorious hill side walks and cycle trails surrounding you and right on your doorstep (cycle hire available in loule please enquire on booking), We can also provide packed lunches by prior order.

For those wishing to explore further afield Seville is just a 95 minute drive away on good roads.

Do not worry if you you do drive or want to we can provide Airport Transfers, shopping trips and Taxi's all for reasonable rates. Loule has an excellant bus service and train station on edge of town for those wishing to explore further afield.

Cancellation policy:

  2. Cancellation by you the Client:- Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing  by e-mail to brooklyn.hales @gmail.com The effective date of cancellation is on the date on which we receive your e-mail. If you cancel eight weeks or more before departure you will lose your deposit. Should you cancel once the total cost has been paid and before four weeks of departure you will lose 75% of the accommodation price and your Security Deposit will be returned. If you cancel within four weeks of departure or if the booking is cancelled by the owners due to non-payment we shall be entitled to receive the full holiday cost from you, excluding any Security Deposit.
Deposits:

Non- refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required on booking.
Other Fees:

A refundable Security deposit of £100.00 is required when you pay the balance of your holiday  cover damage or breakages refundable within two weeks after your departure less any amount required for damage/ breakages found.
Other policies:

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, however you are free to smoke on the pool terrace.

No pets allowed.
