This apartment is a good size and additionally benefits from a wonderful sunroom which stretches across the front of the apartment. This room is beautifully furnished in a beach style, with bamboo floors and wicker furniture and has beautiful views. Just sit back and enjoy the sunsets without living home… There is a lovely ‘Florida Cottage Garden’ for all tenants use which has garden furniture, loungers and a BBQ for the complete outdoor entertaining experience.
