It is tastefully done to retain the original character, including wood floors and fireplace (not operational but looks great!), yet includes all modern luxuries to ensure you have a wonderful beach vacation.
The home is furnished to a very high standard and includes wireless internet, cable, HD flat screen TV, new stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a separate laundry room with washer & dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, fitted closets, additional drawer space and an extended area furnished as a reading nook. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, fitted closets and an extended area, with a lovely gulf view, furnished with a day bed. The family bathroom has a bath tub and overhead shower. This apartment is a good size and additionally has a small sunroom at the entrance to the home where you can sit and enjoy island life…
This apartment also has a private deck with table, chairs and loungers which over looks the ‘Florida Cottage Garden’. The garden is for all tenants use and has garden furniture, loungers and a BBQ for the complete outdoor entertaining experience.
Seventh Heaven is truly an island paradise, with views of the gulf, beach access just across the road, oh and the bay, with community boat dock, is just a few houses away at the other end of this quiet street with no through traffic.

Seventh Heaven is ideally located on 7th Street South, Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. Where everything you need is just a short walk away. Walk to: Beaches & Bay Many Restaurants & Bars Local Grocery Store Historic Bridge Street, with shops, bars, restaurants, miniature golf and local market during season. City Pier, Rotten Ralf’s is great for breakfast and overlooks the inter-coastal waterway. Boat charters, jet ski hire and parasailing Anna Maria Island is conveniently situated close to many great local attractions including: Mote Marina Cypress Gardens Jungle gardens Ringling house and circus museum, sunset events every 3rd Thursday during season Lowery Park Zoo Myakka State Park St Pete is about 40 minutes and Tampa is under an hour, both offering great attractions, including Dali Museum, St Petes Pier, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island water park. Even Disney is under 2 hours away! Of course there is plenty of shopping, golf courses and water activities in the area…. |
