The Sports Center (onsite) has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Enjoy tubing 1/4 mile away, restaurants and shops are just a little bit further. The area also has a cross country trails, historic downtown village, working farm with sleigh rides, an extensive network of snowmobile trails and plenty of National Forest for snowshoeing and/or hiking.

Seasons is the only ski in/out condo development on Mount Snow Resort. The area is best know for the ski resort with skiing/riding, tubing and snowmobiling on the mountain in the winter, hiking and mountain biking in the summer. Beyond the resort, there is great shopping and dining, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, the VAST snowmobile trail system, Lake Whitingham, the largest lake in Vermont with swimming, boating, jet skis, canoes, hiking and fishing in the Green Mountain National Forest, gorgeous drives with fall foliage and all the amenities you need. Cancellation policy:







Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund less 10% for handling fees. Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire deposit if the period cannot be re-rented. If the canceled period is re-rented your deposit will be refunded less 10% for handling fees. No refunds will be made until the canceled period is rented and confirmed.

KEYS:  Upon check in you will be given 2 sets of keys.  Property must be vacated and all keys returned to our office by 11:00AM on check out day.  All unreturned keys will be subject to a fee of $10.00 per key.

 

LATE ARRIVALS:  If you are going to arrive after the office is closed (Hours 9am – 5 pm), your check-in packet containing keys and directions will be left at our office front foyer.   


RETURNED CHECKS:  There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. The check will not be re-deposited and will be promptly returned to you. The reservation amount plus a $25 returned check fee will be immediately charged to the credit card that was given upon making your reservation. In the event that your charge is denied, your reservation will be canceled immediately.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  The purpose of the security deposit is to enable the owner to recover the expenses incurred for repairing damages caused by accident or obvious abuse, for special cleaning requirements due to the tenant leaving the unit in an abnormally dirty condition (see “CHECK OUT” above), or unnecessary service calls by guest.  All units require a refundable (within 14 business days of your check out date) security deposit of $500 (cash, certified check, or credit card imprint).  This will be refunded or discarded, provided there is no damage found upon final inspection of the unit. The unit will be inspected prior to your arrival and after your departure.  Please report any problems (if any) you notice within one hour of arrival to avoid possible loss of your security deposit. If any damage is incurred during your stay please call our office immediately so that we can make arrangements to have the damage repaired as quickly as possible.  We reserve the right to inspect the property during your occupancy and make repairs to the fixtures, appliances, furnishings or structure as deemed necessary.

ACCEPTABLE USE OF PROPERTY: The renter agrees to use the property in a fashion for which it is reasonably intended.  The renter will not act in a manner which may damage the property or contents of property. They renter will also not infringe upon neighbors rights, their enjoyment or use of property or adjacent property. All rental units are for family groups only. No sororities, fraternities or un-chaperoned groups will be allowed to rent through Ski-Home Realty.  Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.

 

HOUSEKEEPING:  All of our properties are cleaned & inspected between checkout and check-in. 

 

NUMBER OF CARS: Upon arriving the first car will pick up a check-in packet with keys, parking passes, and directions. Please ensure that additional cars have directions to the unit (ask reservationist for additional copies if necessary). Per the Seasons Condominium Home Owners Association, only 2 cars may be parked in front of the unit. Additional cars may be parked in the Sports Center lot. All cars must have a valid parking pass, therefore please tell your reservationist the number of cars coming in your group. 

 

AMENTITY BUILDING:  Seasons Amenity Building is equipped with an indoor & outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, locker room, saunas, game room, exercise/TV room and tennis courts.  The price for use of the amenities is included in your rental. A Sports Center pass will be included in your check-in packet. Show this to the Sports Center staff when using the facility for the first time.   

 

SUPPLIES:  Dish soap, dishwashing detergent, sponge, all purpose cleaner, garbage bags, bath soap and limited laundry detergent are provided.   Sheets and towels are supplied for each rental based on maximum occupancy.  Daily towel service is not provided (available at additional charge), however all units are equipped with washer & dryer.

 

FURNISHINGS:  Units are equipped with basic items such as pillows, blankets, bedspreads, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, & microwave.  Each unit also has a stackable washer & dryer.   Please do not rearrange the furniture.

 

OWNER’S CLOSET:  Most units will have locked closets and cabinets.  These indicate the owner’s right to privacy.  Tampered locks will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

 

LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS:  Telephones are equipped with local service for your convenience and safety.  Long distance calls require use of a calling card, credit card, or collect call.  Units do not have internet access.  Internet access is available in the Sports Center as well as at a local internet café called E-Lounge on Route 100 (next to Pizzeria La Toscanella), 802-464-2200.

 

REFUSE & RECYCLABLES:  There is a dumpster in each parking lot for your convenience.  Please remove all trash on departure or as needed.  

 

FIREWOOD & FIREPLACES:  Firewood is provided during winter months and is located outside each building.  Fireplaces are hazardous if improperly used.  Make sure the flue is open to allow smoke to go up the chimney rather than in the unit.  In case of smoke, open exterior doors and windows, (not the hallway door).  If fireplace ashes need to be removed they should be discarded into the metal pail next to the dumpster.  The metal trash bucket is labeled ashes only.

 

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES: Be sure you know where fire exits are, they should be clearly marked and posted in units.  When faced with an emergency, you can call 911 (be sure you know what your identifying address is).  For after hour emergencies please call 802-464-5991.

 

SKI SCHOOL:  Ski School Reservations need to be made by calling 800-889-4411.  Please, make reservations early-especially during holiday times.

 

SKI TICKETS:   Ski tickets can be purchased through SkiHome Realty with a 5 day prior to arrival notice.  Discounts apply on midweek and multiple day lift tickets  – please inquire for pricing.
