views - just a few steps away from the beach (50 meters) in the most sought
after area of Sao Martinho Do Porto. You will find most restaurants and bars in
this area with friendly, professional staff who can speak English. The apartment
is spacious 145 sq metres with contemporary furnishings. The private balcony on
the upper floor is perfect for entertaining. An additional private patio
accessed from the lounge and kitchen has direct access to the pool (handy for
families).

If you need to cancel before 5 weeks before the holiday then we will try to find someone else to fill your dates as far as possible so the deposit is not lost or transfer your holiday to alternative dates. After that 50% of the balance will be returned.
Deposits:

£250 within 5 days of verbal booking the rest due 5 weeks before the holiday.

Other Fees:

75 Euro Cleaning charge applies regardless of the length of stay. It is for cleaning on your departure of all linen, towels, bedding,floors, windows,bathrooms, kitchen - oven/hob, surfaces, dust etc
