The other bedrooms consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. As well as the ensuite there is an additional bathroom upstairs and a WC room downstairs. The surrounding area is quiet but local amenities are not that far away, the famous Balkony Hotel Restaurant is in walking distance and also the lovely beach and resort of Tsilivi. The villa consists of 3 floors, the main part of the property is on the first and second floors, the basement is not rented out. A covered garage is available for 1 car but parking is available for other vehicles if required. Sea Vista shares its swimming pool with Blue Skies Villa behind and this 2 bedroom villa which can sleep an additional 4 persons can if required be rented in conjunction with Sea Vista. |
