There is a sauna which is open in the winter months and a bar/restaurant in the complex. A local shop stocks a good range of produce. It is about 60km from Malaga airport on the motorway. (A7) There is a large south facing back terrace with panoramic sea views for al fresco dining. Table and chaires for 6. Loungers and barbeque. A front patio with a lemon tree and swing seat for relaxing.
Nerja itself maintains its locxal flavour and Spanish vibrancy making it an ideal base for a holiday in the South of Spain. It is just 45 mins. from Malaga airport.

Andalucia is a fascinating potpourri of cultures and varied geographical features from the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada to the beautiful beaches on the coast where the sun shines all year round. The Andalucians are fun-loving and hospitable people. Granada, Cordoba and Seville with their Moorish architecture, history and colourful atmosphere are within comfortable reach of Nerja. Nerja is a vibrant Spanish town with quaint streets, whitewashed houses, shops and supermarkets. There is the famous Balcon de Europa where tourists and locals including artists and craftsmen gather in the evening to enjoy the views, have a stroll and relax in the many bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is very beautiful with scenic villages inland, and many sandy coves to be explored along the coast. The Marina del Este (6 km) is a medium-sized sports port with a beach and harbourside cafes. Nearby Almuñecar and Velez-Málaga have water parks. The famous Nerja caves are worth visiting. The Baviera golf course is about 18 km away. Fly to Malaga- Nerja is about 60km on dual carriageway from the airport -Cheap flights available from most airports with cheap airlines like Easyjet, Bmi baby, Monarch, etc. -There are many car hire firms where you can pick up and drop off at the airport. -There are always taxis available although these can be pricey.
